Add some more e2 cores

Before i start this thread. if you do not know what a E2(expression 2) don't reply. If you do know what e2 is but never learned to code it try please only reply with questions. To the people who do use E2 on Lfg sandbox i would love your feedback. 

Alright before i get going let me explain E2 Cores 

E2 cores are added commands you can do in e2. Like in weapon core you can do... unOnWeaponEquip(N)  N == 0, the chip will no longer run on equip weapon events, otherwise it makes this chip execute when someone equip weapon. Only needs to be called once, not in every execution vis versa.

But Lfg sandbox don't have some cores that would make E2 lots more expansive. Like Holo phys core. This core makes holos have a option to have collisions or not. Therefore Player that work with lots of holos (Like me) can build using holos instead of using props which can get very annoying using many props. 

Here's the list of the Cores I would love to see added
Holo phys core
VGUI Core
Hook core
PlayURL Core
Wirespawn core
there's more I would like to add like Atmos Core but you need the Atmos mod for it to work.
