[Denied] Admin Application for the SandBox Server

What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?
I'd love to be an admin on the SandBox server and help a lot more.

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.:
 Every time usually almost every time i get into the sandbox there is someone either Prop killing/pushing/Blocking and prop spamming, but just vote-banning or vote-kicking doesn't work all the time because the vote fails. Another subject would be is probably gaging the people that awfully mic spam sometimes, and would like to be part of the Admin community.   

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

I do not have any experience on other servers as an admin or operator. 

Do you agree to the admin rules stated in Rules forums?
Yes I definitely do agree with all the rules and follow them.
