Can you make it so admins have 2 psyguns, one to move other peoples stuff and one to move your own stuff? because on the normal psygun if you miss when pressing r you can unfreeze people's entire bases, it would really help with avoiding sticky situations

and make it so that we can punish people for spawning radios at spawn, because I really don't think people want to hear Hitler's speeches or propaganda.
