+1 vouch, he has gotten better at spotting ghosters, and if he can't handle the situation (when asking them to play on same team doesn't work, idk if ops have forceteam), he's asked me to get on and help him. He knows and follows the rules as well.

The same night he posted this application (on ph_starship) I watched ghosting going on in the game he was in, or the way he handled the disrespect that same night which could've been prevented if he had talked to them calmly and didn't threaten to ban them.

I love how you claim he's gotten better at spotting ghosters, when he hasn't.

As for now my vouch is going to be a -Vouch I don't consider him active on PH, he's more worried about his playtime then paying attention to the game. I've watched him numerous occasions as ghosting was happening in front of him. He might be a great admin on TTT, but on PH he's not even a decent operator.
