AND your 3rd argument... I said cause they were both denied means that it was probably a lie or should i say noone knew that he was pping, so did he or not?
But when they are both denied that doesn't mean abuse it means that the server is on their side. When I was member I dealt with charismatic trolls that somehow evaded a kick and or ban.

before you were on char already got after him for using the props as a shield. When he says they were reasonless it clearly said on the one votekick that i put down that he was prop pushing. He just banned me without saying anything to me or silly over regular chat
