Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.:

I feel that I could be helpful for the server, I am very active and am on most of the time staff aren’t online. I want to help out the server but most of the time voting just doesn’t cut it. In my personal opinion the servers voting system is flawed, votes don’t go through and other bugs. I feel comfortable saying this with my 2 weeks of total playtime.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

When I was a couple years younger I managed to be promoted to head administrator on a server, I had to work my way up through the ranks slowly but efficiently. I had a reputation of being strict to repeated offenders but was usually open to new players.
