There were 16 people on the server, 8 voted yes but you slayed all 16, which clearly violates the rule

Admins may not run any command on a player without their consent or valid reason.

You have also been kicked or banned several times previously for admin abuse by other admins.
For that reason you have been demoted and banned. If the ban appeal goes through you will still be demoted.
