So youre basing this off of him doing something he usually doesnt have the chance to? I usually voteban them before he has a chance or demonik bans them instead. Not only that, but i cant name a time ive seen CZ or simiarex catch one rulebreaker. I doubt you can even name a time in the past month that CZ or Simi punished a rulebreaker.

I can confirm that deucedemon has punished a good deal of rulebreakers when he was admin

I can also confirm that cz and simi have done the same. I've seen them deal with plenty of rulebreakers and not doing bans on players who are just doing mazes
