2/13/22 - Discord/Telegram Relay

A Discord and Telegram channel has been created to relay any message posted in LFG Chat. This has been done for a couple reasons:

• If someone doesn't want to keep a dedicated tab open for LFG Chat, but wants to know when a new message is sent, and uses either Discord or Telegram, they can be alerted of new messages this way.
  
• Getting notifications via the mobile app has been pretty flaky recently and having either Discord or Telegram on your phone is a much more reliable method of being notified at the moment.
  

Of course these channels are read only, no one besides the bot can post messages to them. On Telegram, messages will be deleted after 24 hours, and I plan on implementing something similar on Discord soon (Dickord sucks and doesn't have anything for this natively).
