This report is from a Newsmax journalist who "reportedly" got the info on it. Why did he get it first and why hasn't it been announced by Biden yet? No clue

I'm sure there's every reason to believe Biden is dropping out. But that report where Biden will drop out and NOT endorse Harris? That's just sketchy
