That is not your steam ID. To find your steam ID read below.
How to find your steam ID:
1) Right click your steam profile on steam.
2) Click 'copy page url'
3) Paste it on http://steamidfinder.com/
4) And you have found your steam ID
A steam ID looks like this, STEAM_0:0:94295860 (that is mine btw)
