Could there be staff division forums?

I suggested this to Saint via TeamSpeak a while back (and even offered to help set it up) but he has a point, it would be tedious to check several subforums for staff applications. It would be more organized, and we could set up a thing where only staff would be allowed to respond to the forum, but since @SaintLuther is the only one who can accept staff members, we have to think about how it would be for him.

An idea though, not sure if possible, is to split the "Staff Applications" into each server as suggested, however there should be a spot where they can all be viewable like it is now.
