I don't see why it would be a problem... the charger is 100-160v and your house is wired for 110v...

Well, the last time I had a 100-160V, it exploded, remember?
Though I'm not sure if all the numbers were the same. This time, the only difference is the input voltage being 160 instead of 240 (plus the cord is a bit shorter)

Previous AC Adapter:
Input: 100~240V~1.8A 50/60Hz
Output: 19V-4.74A

New AC Adapter:
Input: 100~160V~1.8-0.6A 50/60Hz
Output: 19V-4.74A

Idk if the "1.8-0.6A" makes a difference, I don't know enough about these things.

Well the last adapter looks like the input amperage was locked at 1.8 amps, but the new one is variable between 0.6 and 1.8 which could reduce the explosiveness.

I'm guessing that's a good thing then. I guess for now I'm back, we'll see how this charger works and maybe it'll work out after all.
I won't close this thread yet tho in case it breaks real soon. Praying to @The Overlord that it doesn't though, tired of replacing AC Adapters.

Laptops can cost $3,000+ and you're saying in order for a desktop (I'm assuming that's what you meant by PC since laptops and desktops are both PCs) to be better it has to cost more than that?
