Talvar's Disrespect

+vouch Been on the server for about 6 hours, and in those 6 hours, I've always heard him disrespecting other players, and telling them to shut-up even though they talks for about a minute and considers it "talking too much" and threats to gag them. In the staff rules for Deathrun, it states, "Admins and Operators may gimp/mute/gag players for violating the following rules:
Disrespecting players, etc" and Admins/Operators are players also. Talvar should just gag himself for the amount of disrespect he has done. It also states, "Admins and operators may kick player for violating the following rules:
Repeatedly delaying.
Excessive disrespect or harassment. " He should just kick himself out of being an operator. Please consider this.*

I always see this same exact quote, but 9/10 times the player was actually either cussing out the admin or being straight cancer. As well, I have yet to see any screenshots/proof of any claims. I get all of you guys are friends of Russell, but at least if you are submitting the report, provide any sort of evidence

Do any of you have any evidence supporting these claims that he's gagging for no reason? The logs won't really show anything because they don't store voice recordings, so it's up to you, the players, to gather the evidence needed before making this claim. If you have no evidence, please don't make these claims as they'll lead nowhere.

Admins are suppose to make the game fun and fair for everyone. Seeing a person of power be condescending and disrespectful is repulsive. People have the right to talk as much as they wan't to, as long as it isn't hate or spam. Idk if he was doing this but, being mean to younger players just because they don't sound old is nothing but bullying. Think of it this way, they probability get shit all the time for they way the sound and by you a person of power deriding them that's not right because then every other person will see it and think it's acceptable... Anyway back to the point, I would say ban this guy but there is no legitimate proof. That happened in a private chat and not on LFG servers so I think we can't really do anything there, but if you have something that was on lfg then I'll gladly +vouch his demotion, (really he should be banned if this is all true, the rules apply to everyone being an opp is not an acception)
