Thats not what i meant. i meant that that system would be the only other way of being able to bounty someone who hasnt been in-game for 4 hours when you have been in-game for 4 hours (excluding the suggestions i made before, since you said there was no point in changing the bounty system)

I know i didnt explain some things well, but i think i did explain the reason behind the 2 options well (when i replied to @Zellogi ), so im going with option 2 since Saint didnt really choose any of the 2 options.
