Saint has vetoed HandCuffs and riot shield before, I suggested Flashbang 2 but saint never talked about it.

The molotov has huge radius the speed boost is for t's so what is stopping a stalker from getting it and knifing and running super fast
slow time would be op slow time one deag everyone.
