Heres most of what i said to char over pm "So i just got done playing hide and seek on csgo with two of my friends. I got off to come play some gmod. Sandbox was currently on slopes. First 10-15 minutes was fine (except for someone who sprayed porn). I then saw silly prop push two people so i vote kicked him because he was an admin and should know better. I went to my home screen to start up OBS and when i went back into gmod i was across the whole map. So i said to silly do you want a ban? and then he started disrespecting me and his friends joined in as well on VC and SC. This pissed me off. He said over VC that he was going to place down an e2 that would let him fly. He wasnt in build mode either. So he placed the e2 and flew a bit then i looked at the e2 and it said something about him having admin powers. so i said i was recording and he deleted it right away. I have a recording of it but the audio is screwed up. He then placed it back down and said you can name it anything. So i said let me copy it and he deleted it again. he then placed down a different one that said supr dupr admin powers. I was then vote banned by [LFG] Esc (Maum11 on the forums) for member abusing and harassing. Yet I did none of this.  As that ban had a reason and silly and his friends were the one harassing me by  Calling me names and being as disrespectful as they can since i tried to votekick silly. I then asked saint for chat logs but he was afk during the moment so i got vegio to help me out and he did. During all of this silly had a pac on where you cant see his guns."

Second, you took my proppushing out of context. I proppushed one of my friends with his consent because we were testing something. I tried to explain this to you, but instead of listening you descided to votekick me instead.

My pac didn't make anything invisible, you are wrong.

You Silly Goose. My pac didn't hide my weapons at all, and even if they did it isn't against the rules
The only people I proppushed were my friends and I did it with their consent. I broke no rules, but you descided to kick me anyway, without letting anyone explain this too you. You are a minge. You don't know the rules, and you abuse your abilities constantly.

as much as META is cancer, its hard to believe maum and silly goose are telling the truth since neither of them are much better.

1. i did not know that goose ws actually proppushing or not,

3. they were both arguing and I saw no reports of proppush and the 2 votekicks that meta sent out were denied by the whole server as a whole so I banned him seeing that he was abusing his power as a member/donor.
You see two people arguing so you ban one of them smart move and just because they got denied doesn't mean abuse. You are the dumbest member I've seen.

"I believe you prop pushed me right after the kick." so did he or did he not proppush you..? if you don't know who did it might have been someone else... there were 4 proppushers I kicked and 1 that I banned, so the chances they weren't his are high. ofcourse it was fter you left. but maybe one of them did it even though they weren't caught by you.

But when they are both denied that doesn't mean abuse it means that the server is on their side. When I was member I dealt with charismatic trolls that somehow evaded a kick and or ban.

before you were on char already got after him for using the props as a shield. When he says they were reasonless it clearly said on the one votekick that i put down that he was prop pushing. He just banned me without saying anything to me or silly over regular chat

Meta I am the one who informed him about the e2 abuse. That is why he knows.

At this point ESC credibility is not very considering he might vote ban people who break rules but he also breaks the rules heavily himself and will never admit to it.

Having his member powers restricted might be good to teach him a lesson about his own abuse. Besides we have had many "false" attempts to ban or kick people but unless they pass we have never banned for them. But This guy has taken it upon himself to do so.

From what I can tell Silly was prop pushing but it was his connecting friend so no you shouldn't have tried to kick him but that being said you should not have been banned either. So the only one on trial in my opinion is Maum.
