Charlemagne does know the rules. He's just a little trigger happy when it comes to certain situations lol

On the topic of  mranon's application, there are good and bad things about him.
He does know the rules, and sometimes he follows them.
However, sometimes he gets himself RDMed when he's in a bad mood which damages the karma of whoever kills him.
I've never had a problem with him when it came to reports. If he RDMed on accident, and the victim didn't forgive, he accepted the slay, so he's good there.
But sometimes he intentionally RDMs to end rounds that take longer than usual, because he's a little impatient.

So, with all this in mind, my vouch remains neutral; however, if I see his behavior improve, it could change my decision.
His behavior is improving and I feel he would be helpful as an Operator. I give my vouch.

Neutral vouch, haven't seen too much of him due to my own inactivity, but when i have he generally hasnt been a problem and has seemed like someone who would enforce the rules.
However, i have seen him rdm deliberately (dont remember reason, but it wasn't for the sake of ruining others games). Also i have seen him complain about how i punished someone with a slay.

So overall, he isnt a bad player per se, but i dont agree with how he handles some things. May change my vouch depending on when i have been on with him more
