DarkRP Handcuffs and Hand Ties

I think it would make the server more fun if gun dealers could sell Handcuffs and Hand ties. It would be very useful for many roleplay situations.

If this addon gets added to the sever i would suggest adding a rule for the Handcuffs and Hand ties, This rule would be to ADVERT KIDNAPP before using the Handcuffs and/or Hand Ties.

No, only thiefs, rapist and maybe just maybe raiders (including lesser raider) should be able to do this. So only this 3 jobs can use it.

There are 3 options for this:

1. Make the gun dealer sell handcuffs and hand ties, but only can be used if using any of the three jobs i mentioned.

2. Just add the hancuff and hand ties to these 3 jobs.

3. Make the hand cuffs and hand ties something you can only buy with F4 (weapons or entities) when using any of these 3 jobs.
