I am totally board with a lennyface gaming unturned server. I will also volunteer to be staff, (even though i know thats not how it works)

well it maters what rules have and most of the time there is argument between players. also people usually get call hacking. and if a rule is not to kill naked people which happens a lot. i bet there is more reasons but i cant think about them right now.

Chat spammers, killing unarmed players (more of a dickish move but that's PvP for ya), arguments, hack claims, etc. to name a few reasons. It just depends on what rules you want to put in.

So is this basically a different version of Sandbox but on a different game?

It's sandbox kinda, with zombies and no spawn menu. Players are still there trying to kill you, but spawn points are everywhere, the map is kinda big, and you gotta watch your food/water so you don't die of hunger/dehydration. Zombies are there for loot, or to piss off new players.
