He keeps building in spawn and propblocking me and others while trying to pickpocket them

Ok it was for a short amount of time but mass pickpocketig. I will remember that next time

I don't think he should be banned forever maybe just like 30 minutes but he was mass pickpocketing in spawn and propblocking in spawn and nobody else on to do anything about it.
