DarkRP Job Ideas: The Mafia

So I've been on DarkRP for awhile, and there's a group of jobs I never see used properly: Gangsters and the Mob Boss

This is why I'd like to suggest we replace all the gang stuff with something more organized; The Mafia.
The system would include:

The Godfather:
Leader of the Mafia. All orders come from here, so he should be atleast vip. Nothing special, just the power over the entire mafia. Not listening to the godfather is failrp, and will be "Taken care of"

The Mafioso:
Basically second in command, would have the lockpicks and the unarrest baton like the current mob boss. In charge when the godfather is absent. Possibly preforms hits for the Godfather. I think he should provide guns for the mob, all tommy guns of course.
Couldn't find a really good model or a FA:S based tommy. The Thompson M1A1 from here looks sick though

The Grunt:
Listens to the Don, and the Mafioso. Has basic lockpicks and keypad crakers.

I don't see how renaming the classes and changing the descriptions (which no one reads anyways) will make the classes used properly.

Making the classes much more attractive, with an easier way to get guns may get players to want to play as them. Of course, they wouldn't just be reskins, we could even add kidnapping to the rules as a mafia thing. I'd also remove their ability to mug because that isn't something the Mafia should be doing. Preforming raids, and kidnapping for possible ransom however, is.

Also, well, the mafia is cooler, and I'd rather play as The Mafia than as a gangster.

I don't think GF should be VIP only, but it should go like this

GF, voted in, 1 only.
Mafioso, first come first serve. 3
Grunts, first come first serve. 5
