Sandbox Tool addition

I have forgot to add this in the last suggestion I have made with the sprop but this addon tool the track assembly tool so when people have a map that we been on for hours and has no tracks no worry we can make it and the track assembly tool uses all the tracks that have been added to the sandbox so it won't need to have stuff added for it and it can also bring people to build more stuff like rollercoasters and stuff.

I have also forgot to add another tool in with this one but this tool will reduce the prop lag from many creations meaning if there are a large build it will reduce the lag and this tool is the multi parent and need the gate add to work (which we got already) but here is the link for it
