This post gave me cancer trying to read it.

Tomdv2 is not staff, so there's no point in reporting "two staff" when there's only one you're reporting.
Secondly, Skillful_Owl did nothing wrong. All he did was explain why you got the responses you did on your application.
Third, I really don't know why you felt you had to quote yourself in your original post like 10 times, like, that's not gonna help your report any.
Fourth, Tom is probably just an asshole and the most I can see happening with this report is maybe a temporary mute. A permaban? Maybe if he was crashing the server 24/7, then yes. But for this? Not even a temporary ban would be suitable.
Lastly, if you're gonna report someone, make sure they're actually doing something wrong.

I don't see what you are trying to do. Oh no he doesn't like you. The chat looks like he was just being a everyday average LFG member i think you should grow tougher skin or this is not the community for you. people may be mean to you but don't take it to heart. This is a completely selfish reason for a Ban. I really think you should take this as a learning experience. People out there will be mean to you and you just have to suck it up and keep going on. Most of the time it will go unpunished and you will still be fine.

Hes mad that I -vouched him. He also threatened to sue me for said -vouch. Owl is my witness. You can check my well-formed -vouch for his "evidence".

He just got on the server and RDM'd with no admins on and then left to evade a karma ban. He needs to be banned.

I don't see them doing anything wrong. I just think you need to chill out. Their -vouches did nothing to your application because you didn't even make the application correctly. Plus, now is a pretty bad time for a staff application and a report. You have quite a bit of heat on the forums right now
