okay so recently like the last week or so ive noticed they have been hit or misses in regards of them actually working, like sometimes they insta kill and other times ill shoot and blood would come out of them but they wouldnt die nor take any damage so i just wanted to post this and see if anyine else has been seeing this as well.

This is a GMod issue. It happens with pretty much literally all guns. I've had it happen with awps, the S&W, even shotguns. it's just the shitty hitreg.

Its just the hitreg (hit register thing) saying the hitbox is this big (hence the blood) but the actual damage hitbox being smaller, hence no damage or hit marker. Just a gmod problem, nothing can be done about it.
