I am asking how could I improve as a staff like if I am doing anything wrong you should tell me
My goal wasn't to say I am the best or am not the best all I want is to be criticized on how I do

Not a huge deal, but you shouldn't rocket everyone at the end of every round. I'm sure some people would actually like to fight to the death.

I almost brought that up, I don't think any staff members should rocket everyone at the end of the round, Saint added the deathmatch for a reason...
