This isn't really a vouch nor -vouch. Fez is a okay person who often trolls. That's my own opinion and I'm entitled to that. I've also haven't really seen Fez on, I mean sometimes I do but not all. I'm not saying he's not ideal for op, it's just that you may have to take some things into account. At this point and time I'm neutral.
