Third post of the day: TTT.

I know this may be hugely ignored, but i have to post it anyway.

In case you havent read my unturned suggestion thread, i will give you a "backstory".

In one server in which i am admin and have been for a long time, there has been the necessity to remove all admins and just keep a couple; i think this could do much good to ttt.

There are currently 43 admins and operators in the server, and in my thread in unturned i said it was important not to bypass the "10 limit".

I know that gmod is not unturned and reports and problems are way more likely to appear, so id say 20 admins would be enough (admins and operators, u know.)


But, and this is important, when choosing admins we need to be way more strict. Those admins MUST be active, ACTUALLY RESPOND AND RESOLVE REPORTS, and they also must be trustworthy and old. No newbies, no unactive admins, no... all that shit.

In the "unadmining everyone" stuff you also dont need to take it literal. You can remove all unactive admins (we know there are lots of em, and i think that would be a very good first step) or at least demote them temporarily, warn them that if they dont get active again they will be permanently demoted.

Sincerely, it is hard to have a good time on the server anymore. There are millions of unresponded reports, everyone is doing what they want, slaps and "semi abuses" are not uncommon, there are lots and lots of squeakers ( id love to have a mute button somehow...) and it just was not the good old lfg that i fell in love for... it hasnt been that for a while. I know some of you people may aswell say like;" if you dont like go to another server", but that is the deal. Im posting this to #MakeLFGGreatAgain, and not just leaving it as (sorry to say it,, ) cancer. I really dont want to see lfg turn into cancer like many servers have done.

Why though? Maybe the interactive one yes, but I think it's unrealistic to remove every staff member. Who would stay, who will get demoted?

I guess that would be Saint's choice. I just did a recommendation and a couple of "possible demotions", but it is entirely up to him...

There's a lot of inactive staff on ttt. If they were demoted the numbers would look better. The thing is that TTT is our most popular gamemode, so staff needs to be either on or available at all times.

Even though I don't play TTT, I will agree that it is basically the bread and butter of our community. A large portion of the community plays TTT, as evident by our large pool of staff members. Yet there's always more applicants claiming that there's "never any staff on" so maybe it is time to go through the list of inactives and scratch off a few names. Makes room for the new applicants.

tbh I wonder what happened to some of these people. When I first joined pushpop and zed played almost every day, and adolp, drakken, and Red just vanished out of absolutely nowhere.

I actually saw Asa on for the very first time like 4 days ago. He played two rounds and left.
