Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure he meant that you should record the next time something comes up regarding someone in TS actually ghosting, not to stalk individuals and record their every word. There's a difference between a willingness to record if someone is actually ghosting, and the urge to record everything everyone says with the hope of catching ghosting. Unless we're over here playing LFG Gestapo, it is not okay to just record people against their will for doing nothing.

Read the TeamSpeak rules.

2) Do not record audio with the teamspeak recorder or an external recorder of any sort unless you have informed everyone in that channel and they are OK with it. If someone is not OK with that, refer to conditions above. Even if it is your channel you must still inform people they are being recorded.

You must ask for their consent before recording. If you are in a TeamSpeak channel and you hear them ghosting, I believe this is an exception to the rules (Don't quote me on that though, as I'm not 100% sure about that), but you are not allowed to constantly record the entire room without their consent.
