Unofficial LFG discord server?

Allright, i have decided to do the server. Here im going to explain a couple things and give you the server's invite.

This server contains every gmod's gamemode voice sections, one main section and one cancer section.

The cancer section will be used as AFK channel, and if you are spamming or harrasing in another server you will be moved there by an admin.
Then there is 3 text sections; #main, where you can send anything, #Updates_suggestions where you can send suggestions and where i will be putting discords updates and changes, Then comes the #ranks one.

Now on the #ranks you will need to send either a picture of your forum's rank or a link to your forum's page, to get the ranks of either Member, donator or operator. Admins will not be getting in the "admin" role of discord, because i simply can't trust on all the admins that are on this community, so i may later do a sub-Section for applies, for now, forum admins will get the #operator rank.

Discord server's rules:
1.- No nude pics
2.- No spamming or other server's promotion
3.-If you have enough power do not abuse the TTS function
4.-You can put music through your mic only through the cancer channel
5.- Do not send messages that dont attain the text channel's names, So I.e: dont send anything in the #ranks channel that doesnt have anything to do with ranks.
Operator rules:
1.- In case someone is voice spamming or doing cancerous things through chat, you MUST first move them to the cancer channel before kicking the person.
2.-Do not randomly move people to other servers.

A discord server would be nice, as I find Discord much more structured than TS. Still, I think TS should be used as the staff login server, and for member application review

You won't ever see me there. I don't know why you people are so fixated on Discord over TeamSpeak.
Also, why would it be you making it? I'm pretty sure even if an unofficial LFG Discord were to happen, it should be created by someone more active than you. I see you on maybe once every 2-3 months, so management of the Discord server would be pretty shitty if your activity was the same on there.

Fragment LFG communication with what? the ZS Server? When was the last time you came on? I'm probably the most active staff on there and haven't ever seen you on.

No, with Discord... why would a game server fragment communication?

What's the point of having 2 communication platforms? It would make things more complicated and most people like TS perfectly fine. The only thing Discord has that TS doesn't is a general chatbox for people to spam and nobody will look at it.

I have a discord server with 10 LFG members in it and some LFG Admins. Also i joined Wolfs server and it was trash. Not even a single person in it.
