Offence: tom had stabbed me in the back dealing 50 damage i go and try to find where he ran off to and kill him for this (he had escaped when we were all gathered) he becomes proven within the time im looking for him we fight he kills me and i report him for having stabbed me and killing me he responds back saying that my report was somehow false and that he was justified in stabbing and killing me because he had latter became proven and calls the report "false" i keep the report because he had stabbed and rdmed me prince then goes and slays me over the report

later on this night he added slays to a new comer for killing him after he had just killed me and then added slays for the guy leaving even though he was still on the server 

and he abuses this "false report" shit all the time declaring fucking everything a false report just so he can slay someone

I would like to say this though but it does not relate to the report but it involves one of your pictures.
the second picture where tom slays fishe for "I have solved the mystery" is not a good reason, instead he should of put RDM or what not and for the second slay in the second picture when he adds the auto slays to the steamID he should only put
RDM and leave only.

I didnt see Tom stab you. But i did see the u no solve mystery. He added a slay for RDM and one for leave. He just wanted to add fun to it. However, +Vouch on declaring everything false. Once, he RDMed me when I was T and i reported "How did you see me nobody was around?" He responds "False report if kept, saw you snipe the guy in front of you." and i wasnt holding a sniper.

Tom is incredibly false report happy. He's slain me for reporting him several times, and slain me for reporting others for "False Report" even though I had a clear and valid reason.

+vouch on this false report shit it's never really happened to me but I've definitely seen multiple instances where Tom has slain people for "false reports"

I've slain people for false report too, but it's when they report someone for literally no reason, and then keep the report. All it does is waste time and spam notifications.

I've seen tom slay for "false report" on legitimate reports several times. Most reports of RDM, false KOS, or abuse are legitimate, and there's no reason to slay for false report. Just because a traitor reports you because they didn't see you come up when they shot someone doesn't automatically make the report false, but tom seems to think it does.

He's also gotten me slain for "false report" because I walked into a room and he shot me out of nowhere, so I reported him. He then tells me something along the lines of "saw you walk past body keep = false report" and then I keep because there was literally no bodies and he was in a room with no windows. Within about 3 seconds Wildcat slays me for false report even though I did jack shit. (wildcat apologized later and aid he should have looked at the report better)

Obviously, there are exceptions (reporting the wrong person then keeping the report, reporting someone for RDM when you open fire in the middle of a crowd, reporting for RDM when you're clearly T-baiting, etc.), but 90% of the "false report" slays I've seen tom give out are on legitimate reports that have no business being marked as false.
