I don't think it was right to ban shad for being 11..

If you were going to do that you should have done that months ago when he applied for opp which he and others said that he was 11.. which proves you don't take the time to really read the applications..

He was also a donater, and for you to just kick him to the curb like that was just brutal.. It's shows how much you really care about your community. Which in my eyes is not a good business decision.

Think of all the time he's been on the server: handling reports, talking to players, making friends.

Like I said, I'm not trying to blast you, I just wan't to give you my point of view on this.

I agree. Shad was one of the best players we've ever had. He was a friendly guy a happy and fun and respectful person he also followed the rules very very well and handled reports amazingly. He barely ever broke the rules and when he did it was on accident. I believe despite his age he should be unbanned.

Well he lied about his age, Which if he didn't all he would have had to do was fill out a COPPA and he deiced to lie. so its his fault.

I mean i am not trying to be rude, But if he didn't lie he would not have been banned.

EDIT: speaking he isn't american i take back everything i said. He is Canadian Which would mean the COPPA would not apply to him the PIPEDA would

His member application states that he was 16. So we went with that.
I don't know if Saint even noticed that Shad said he was 11, but I think it was more the fact that Shad lied about his age. Obviously filling out a COPPA form was not the problem, as he was able to get his parents to donate $20 for premium. So I doubt the COPPA form was the problem.
Regarding if Shad will be unbanned if he completes a COPPA form, regardless of his residence, that will be up to Saint, as he was the one who banned him.

Okay that seems fair enough so long as he gets his donater rank back and everthing....

I really hope he does as he showed love and dedication for this server and was very mature for his age.

Saint had every right to ban him, but I don't think he should loose his rank after this is all settled.
