I haven't played very much TTT with Caboose, but I do believe what he says about Fulmine, since he sucks at obeying rules and orders. @"Tobi Uchiha" asked him to impair me by 56 health after I accidentally shot him for 56 health, and instead Fulmine added a slay to me.

This report is to @"Fulmine"  because he caleed kos on me for "Science". He was also disrespecting me and being rude to me. When oi reported the guy who killed me it for some reason whent to @"Fulmine" and he let it go without a slay
