Please give a detailed reason why you should be Operator or Admin.

I want to be operator so I can help with the reports and enforce the rules. Also it's no fun when there's no staff on and it's just and RDM fest. 

Please describe any previous Admin or Operator experience.

This kid here is fun and knows how to play the game right. I have seen Diamond correct me and even help me with rules and certain situations on TTT. He would be an excellent TTT OP and potentially a great TTT Admin.
