A change to Vouches and fourms

I personally believe that their should be a new requirement for +vouches
8 or 9 vouches total
If 8 then minimum of 4 + vouches required to be accepted if 4 -vouches go to a consultant as a tie breaker vouch
If 9 ( this is so we don't have something like the one above)
If more then 4 or 5 - vouches by staff from said server the player does not get the position.

And where it has the player title on the fourms I believe it should
Be made to say what server that are staff on
"Doctor Chemo, Admin/Operator on TTT"

For Sandbox Apps, there aren't Event enough active Admins to get 8-9 vouches, unless you count @Zellogi or @SaintLuther ,the admins still get online. Just not much at all...

I agree with @"L Lawliet" for once. The current vouch system works, why change it? Saint already denies applications with extensive negative vouches, and accepts applications with mostly positive vouches as long as the applicant remains active. My vouches weigh more in his decision, just like the other Consultants' opinion. So I don't get what you're asking.

Lol no, if this system was implemented ZS staff would eventually die out, because there's barely enough staff for this system to work. Same goes for JB and Prophunt. Maybe TTT, but not on other servers.

Let me clarify what I'm kind of thinking,
More then 4-5 -vouches from reputable staff members and it's immediately denied and closed after the 5th one
After more then 4-5 +vouches it gets to be categorized under pending review.

-I also want to suggest giving Zellogi the ability to accept and deny staff applications.

-I also want to recommend a new rank called Head of Staff, basically the guy thats in charge of all the staff members,
Not in charge of consultants and advisors tho. The person with this rank could deal with the staff applications, accept and deny them. The requirements for this rank I believe would to be staff on all servers and be active on all servers

-vouch seems unnecessary, the rank has more power than consultant and advisor because they can do staff reports 

I think saint is fine doing staff applications 

I do agree if they get enough -vouch it should just be denied if the vouched are valid

-vouch really gay idea, would not work for most servers like sandbox because you would have to get EVERYONE to vouch for you to be accepted
the title part is a +vouch from me
