Description of offense and evidence (screen shots, logs, etc.): XL4tw was spam gimp and gagging me all the time and it was annoying as fuck because I was doing the same dumb shit everyone was yet only I got punished. Xl4tw ungag and ungimped me eventually and started talking to me but I couldn't hear him over the sound of one of the other admins shooting at me. I started yelling that I couldn't hear him because of the loud ass high pitched noise that rockets make when they hit you (the other admin was shooting rockets), and one of his friends votekicked me for mic spam and staff disrespect. For evidence check server console.

Or for evidence, you could post screenshots so we don't have to do all the work. That's part of reporting someone, gathering evidence. If you want these reports to actually have a resolution, start gathering evidence yourself.

As far as the incident, you don't have to speak up or yell at them, you can always turn down your gmod sound without turning down the sound level of voice. That way you can hear them, and the sound of the rockets isn't cutting everyone out.

I was trying to tell him to wait so I could either get away from the rockets or mute normal gmod sound and hear only voice. I was kicked before I could do either and I heard him saying that I'm lying and rockets don't block out sound like that.

you seem to be kicked a lot for mic spamming. have you ever considered that your mic is broken. there's no need to yell in mics unless your 3 and trying to get attention. two option you have in this situation was to type in chat or wait till teh server chat quieted down.

What zell said about turning down your sound is always a good option if you are playing on a server filled with 4-6 year olds.

and the person who kicked you was someone else it was not @"XL4tw" or @j3kawesome it was a donator.

I was there and he was mic spamming and also chat spamming.
Me and XL made the decision to gag him, then he decided to chat spam only for us to gimp him
He was also minging earlier in the day along with disrespecting the admins and other players

My mic is perfectly fine. I recorded it and played it back to me just after I read your message and called some people and they said my mic was just fine.

By "disrespecting" I think you mean bringing to attention that you weren't actually doing your jobs and just gagging and bothering whoever you felt like doing it to.

really? I could of banned you for all the things you did today, minge, mic spam (A LOT, i mean random weird noises when no one was talking, some weird moan throughout the day.) I was gagging you for the mic spam, and barely a minute in, you start chat spamming "ungag me", so i muted him, but later had the idea of gimping him.

I wasn't the one complaining about the 12 year old admins thing because I myself am 12, and considering that half the server was screaming "HeLlLoOoOoO!!!!!" into their mics, I don't think I should have been gagged. Also, to Demon's edit, I know that it wasn't a staff member who kicked me. I said that one of the admin's friends votekicked me.

i was doing my job, i kicked multiple rule breakers and was helping j3k get situated to admin half of the day. I even banned someone today (and that person was minging into your base, so i am not bias)
