Actually I just reviewed the screenshots.... and I think he doesn't know how to play ttt.. I think when we have a new player we should teach them how to play to avoid this, (This could be a job of an operator/admin)

If you want to teach them, go right ahead. But it's also their responsibility to at least read the rules instead of just coming on and killing everyone they see.

Since the screenshots clearly show three RDMs within a 16 second time frame, and then him leaving, I banned him for a week.
