He basically spam slapped Ryuu for like 10 minutes so I kicked him. He came back and kicked me for admin abuse so i came back and continued to play until for another 5 or 10 minutes he did it again on himself so I banned him for a day for admin abuse

First off, they were having slap wars so it was consented. Did you ask them to stop first before kicking them?
Secondly, he didn't get back on and kick you, I did.
Thirdly, you wrongfully banned him for a spam reason.
So I banned you for a day for admin abuse since you didn't get the message the first time.

Hello,
I would like to mention that in my opinion which I would think is reasonable, Bengis was not admin abusing and banned J3K for a logical reason.
Yeah, it was stupid. Bengis warned them and even I said to stop because it was annoying as hell. I have raw video that I will not edit if further proof is needed.
I was not able to record all parts however. Eyewitnesses like Handen would be able to approve of my message.
Salty server, salty staff. It got out of hand but the punishment that Bengis gave at first was deserved. The message on the ban was not.
In my opinion Ryuu and J3K are in the wrong. They did some stupid shit that they should've stopped doing and continued to annoy people in the server with intent.

He shouldn't have been banned, but spamming slap is no different than chat spamming, except the only way to stop it is to kick them.

I see some favoritism here and its not the first time this has happened from someone, especially a consultant.
