TTT Stuff + Loading Screen Suggestion

So after joining a random server and getting RDMed three rounds in a row, I looked at their pointshop and they had some interesting stuff in it. I figured if we could get some of it, it might draw more players in? They had purchaseable skins for certain weapons, upgrades that had levels that cost more for each upgrade (for example, faster crowbar swing, lower cooldown time on radars, more max health station charge, etc), and even weapons just found on the ground. 

Pointshop Ideas:

Weapons: Weapons you can pick up on the ground can be purchased as a single-use purchase to use that gun. Why do we need this? Point sinks and cus not every map has every weapon. This doesn't defeat the purpose of loadouts as donators can obtain the weapons for free, whereas non-donators have to pay points. Costs would be somewhat low, around 150-500 points per gun depending on what it is

Skins: One time purchases that apply skins to certain weapons. Cost would be somewhat high. You can limit some or all of these to donator ranks to promote donating too?

Upgrades: These are permanent upgrades that benefit certain aspects of gameplay. One would be like faster crowbar swing that has five levels, each one increasing swing speed by 10% for a max swing speed boost by 50%. Would not impact base damage. Here are some possible ideas for upgrades: 
Crowbar Swing Rate - 10% increase swing speed per level, 5 levels, 50% increase max.
Radar Cooldown Speed - 2 second cooldown reduction per level, 5 levels, 10 seconds max.
Health Station Max Charge - +20 max charge per level, 5 levels, +100 max charge max.
Health Station Recovery Rate - +1 hp/s while using per level, 5 levels, +5 hp/s max.
Poison Station healing you if you're a T - Instead of the Poison Station damaging you if you're a T, you get healed by it. One level only.
Faster DNA Decay speed - 5% faster decay speed per level, 5 levels, 25% max.
DNA Scanner Recharge Rate - 2 second cooldown reduction per level, 5 levels, 10 seconds max.
Flare Gun Burn Boost - Level 1: Corpses burn 50% faster. Level 2: Fire damage to living players increased by 50%.
The cost would increase for each level purchased. Skins could go here too and have one level.

Jihad Sounds: Kinda self explanatory, replaces the jihad sound with memes. Cost could be low to medium per jihad sound, only one could be equipped at a time obviously.

Another idea I had was an overhaul to the loading screen. Sure its cool, but it doesn't list some of the more common rules for some servers (Like prop surfing for sandbox).

It could list some server rules on the left, clarification of terms in the middle, and punishments on the right.

Instead of the T poison station damaging you as a T, it would heal you as a T

It's just an example one, one that lists more rules, clarification of certain terms, and punishments for certain rules.

I like this ideas before lfg me and @epicpwnage97 came from a server with this things every level up you grt more upgrades etc it made the game more fun, enjoyable, and cause me to login more to level up so i support this idea all the way
