Admins don't need to open a chat with someone for 5 minutes to discuss a potential slay, that would take way too long. In monkey's eyes your'e a known troublemaker, so he's just assumed that everything you're doing is wrong, even if you didn't. I suggest leaving @TrueCrimson out of this report for now, as he didn't even do anything in the first place, and focus on what monkey did.

Yeah I only included Char in the report since he so adamantly defends Monkey, showing that they hold each other in higher standing than a guest or member, potentially thinking that they may "do no wrong" even in Char's original staff application he said he didn't know why he wanted to be staff other than being above member.

 It's really all just hearsay when it comes to the RDM, however that does not excuse the actions of Monkey, he could have opened a chat so that we could both settle the matter but instead just ends the matter with a "you're wrong I'm right deal with it" I haven't seen fresh do many reports, but I can a imagine that he does then better than slaying mid round, not actually reading the logs, not resolving ongoing issues, and running commands on a whim. Another peice of evidence of Monkey's bias would be when I tazed arcade fox since he was afk, I was going to take him up to the tower, but cancer killed him before I could. Then cancer says in voice chat that I should be taze banned, and monkey runs the command right then and there, not looking at logs or any evidence. He only lifted it after I rigorously convinced him that cancer was lying, nonetheless he broke my tazer for the round and didn't even listen to me for a while.

But your entire issue with this slay was "you're wrong I'm right deal with it" when that is what you did to me. You kept blaming me for things and didn't even tell anyone you thought I KOSed you. You just kept saying you were proven and I false reported you. I have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to the tazeban. I didn't defend anything. You keep involving me in things I wasn't involved in. I was never even on the AH City with you guys when this map cheat took place. You just keep roping me into things. You reported me for a false report and Monkey for a false slay. That is what you told you us. You have now changed the report. What are you reporting now? I have never herd Monkey talk bad about you once. Monkey may not like you right now because you were kept swearing at him but wouldn't say why.

I applied and stated I wanted to help the server. You said I protect Monkey but I am not alway even on with him all the time and when I disagree with him I do it in admin chat, TS, or Steam. If you have a problem with him handling reports you can always ask a different staff member to handle the report. From what it looks like, you believe Monkey is snagging your reports. I handed him one of your reports once because I randomly picked it out of the 3 that were there since 2 of them involved the same person I took 2 and asked if he would take the 3rd. He did not target you.

After reading every post in this thread, I can officially say my eyes have anal cancer.

Judging from the actual evidence we have (One screenshot of monkey adding a slay, and damage logs provided by @SaintLuther), it looks like Geth did just RDM Charlemagne for no reason. Instead of just straight up killing someone you "thought" KOSed you, you should ask in chat/voice who it was that KOSed you. But Charlemagne is actually a responsible Operator. You left out the part where he adds punishments to himself when he breaks rules, which @Dark Swordsman pointed out. Looks like the only parts of the story you're including is stuff that might support your story, but really doesn't.

The unban was for Soviet bleak was mass killing with props and going unslain so I was watching him. 3 prop kills and 2 gun RDMs later got him a vote ban for mass RDM (I made it 2 days and democracy so it wasn't that harsh bc its a prop kill) It passed and sure enough, monkey unbanned him. Like I said he got rebanned pretty fast by another member so I'm ok with it no problems. On the slay end, it was a while back but you kept removing the slay I'd put on one guy for taze abuse and got me to fall under map so saint told me to slay. I did and you removed it like 4 times so fresh kicked you. (operator days) Those are the times I mentioned.. not much to argue about but just examples of you running commands without any consideration or effort to read why it's there in admin chat or logs/ THAT's what I mean when I say you run commands willy nilly. you don't communicate with staff first before you do the action/

@Dark Swordsman Oh yea that incident. I understand about the slays. I did not pay attention that saint said that those slays were reasonable. It was my bad. The ban, however, I was talking to another admin- forgot who- and checking logs to make sure that the ban was legitimate. I was under the impression that there was only 3 rdm total not 4 for the entire map. I just wanted to make sure that everything was ok before the ban went through in order to prevent an event like this whole thing. Hope you understand

On top of this, I also concluded his next report- which was against charl about false kos- with the name of the person who kossed him so that he could report that person if desired. If you had paid attention to your OWN report then you would know who kossed you.

You say that you rigorously convinced me that cancer was lying, but you had nothing to do with me removing your tazeban. When you mentioned that cancer cell killed arcade fox, I looked into it and found out that arcade reported cancer for rdm, I removed your tazeban and appologized. I hope this clears that up.

The damage is done, when you assign slays, tazebans, etc. without getting any consent or reasoning from the person, it makes you look like you have an itchy trigger finger. It doesn't help when you mentally mark someone as trouble when they are correcting your mistakes.I used psay to tell you that you were overstepping your authority by adding a tazeban when the round had just started and you hadn't even looked at the logs, just one person, known for causing trouble, telling you to tazeban me. This paints yourself in a bad light because you just run commands willy-nilly having no thought as to what the person you are running the command on has to say on the matter. I don't know if you do this to everyone, and I sure hope you don't, but you sure as hell aren't going to get away with abusing me.

It's not really so much about Char, we hashed it out over TS. Turns out @monkeychicken , @FreshPrince , and @"Dr. Syndicate" are their own special kind of emotional staff, protecting themselves by silencing dissent, and using places of power to abuse certain members that they deem dangerous or threatening to their reputations. The only reason i include Dr. Syndicate is because he seems to like intimidation tactics. He also seems to lash out when he becomes triggered by questioning his seat of power.

If you ask someone before you slay them that kinda defeats the purpose of reporting them. I mean that is why its a thing to see why they did it and if they deserve a slay

Prince may not be looking out for the others, but judging by his actions yesterday, he is in the same pool as Monkey, for tazebanning me indefinitely when he got stuck in a wall after I tazed him while he was afk at the start of the first round after a crash. Nobody interfered with his body as far as I know, but I recall earlier in the day he tazed me, doing 60 dmg to me in the process, and didn't impair or tazeban himself after I called him out on it on multiple occasions. Only 2-3 hours after the incident was I untazebanned by Char while hashing things out with him.
