[Upheld] Appeal (Again)

We'll I'm appealing for the second time way too soon. This time it wasn't anything stupid, I swear.

Who you were banned by?: Console (?)

Why were you banned?: Karma ban

Why should you be unbanned?: I forget which map we were playing on, but near the beginning we were killing AFKs. Now it wasn't overtime, but somebody on the server said that they were in a teamspeak with them and that they were gonna be afk for a long time (Which they were, around 6 rounds). One of the staff even said that although we usually have to wait until overtime, they were both going to be AFK for some time and he was okay with it. I had killed some of them, and I didn't notice my karma. It didn't cross my mind to check. A couple of rounds later, a glitch in harpoon DM caused somebody to be invincible (No idea why, something about him not having weapons and winning the round, but I won't get into that here). Somebody was shooting him, but I didn't know he couldn't die. I shot at the guy shooting somebody and killed him. After I talked to him and the invincible guy, I realized he was just trying to check if he really couldn't die. Detective revived him, we were fine. When the round ended, I was karma banned. It's not like I was RDming either. The only person that I had killed that was Inno besides the AFKs was the person testing the other guy's invincibility. 

To sum it up, I killed some AFKs and my karma was so low, one more inno death banned me. Rip

I have no idea why a staff with more than 5 functional brain cells would rather have afks RDMed at the beginning of each round rather than just fucking fspec them.

Which staff member said this? Because it is there fault you were banned. They could have fspeced him.

Really seems like your fault for NOT USING THE TESTER OR GETTING THE DETECTIVE TO USE THEIR TOOLS

It was me, but darude misheard what I said. I said that arcade was afk and prince was coming back. It was a misunderstanding and I don't think he should be karma banned because of that. However, you should still be careful with you karma and check on it every round. RDM is still rdm

Edit: I was also a t which was why I killed the afk's

What did you say that he misunderstood so badly that he killed enough AFKs to be karma banned??? And why not just fspec?

first round- I was a t so I killed prince and arcade to get credits
2nd round- he killed b4 i could fspec arcade and prince was back

So you just got back from a 5 day ban for RDM and immediately get banned again for RDM? This is looking great for you.

This could've been prevented if you guys had waited for them to be automatically moved to spectators or the current staff (which was @monkeychicken) had fspec them and when they came back they could've just gone out of spectators.
