Also from what I read and my understanding it seems to me as if the server admin did nothing in attempt to fspec the players.

I know right? To be fair, it wasn't some MASS RDM RAMPAGE or anything. I killed some AFKs when monkey had said it was okay only as an excuse on his T round. I didn't realize he was one and kept doing it. They were put into fspec soon after

Thanks! Regarding Monkey, he DID try to fspec, but I think I killed them before he could. The map we were on has us all together at spawn, which let me do that. I don't think he was really too wrong here, there was a misunderstanding and I used his T round excuse to kill AFKs.

Appeal denied. You were RDMing people, and you got karma banned. You can't justify it by saying they were AFK; just let the auto-spec move them or something. You don't have to kill them and risk getting banned for it. Killing AFK players is RDM, no matter how you look at it.
