So the difference is it also modifies the collision mesh? If this were to be added, it would definitely be restricted from users to prevent spawn trapping. The Resizer tool we have now isn't restricted because the collisions aren't modified so you can't just spawn a small prop and resize it 1000x and trap everyone.

Adding it would just cause more issues, not even just with spawn camping. I'm sure people would find a way to pull off some stupid shit if they can resize a model's collision. -vouch
