New TTT game mode

Town Of Terror (More roles for TTT)

I think this should be a game mode so not to change the entire classic game. This I believe would just make a fun TTT even because it keeps the integrity of the game of finding the T but adds some new obstacles to over come. I just think people will really enjoy this and when I pitched it to a few guys on, they all thought this would be fun to add. This way we keep the game the same but add some new stuff.

Ok, we can stop +vouching it now. I'll take a look to see how difficult this would be to implement considering it's intended to be a total gamemode mod.
