About the bounty system....

8/18/17 - Bounty Changes/Murder Changes/Kill Counter toggle

The bounty system has been changed so that players must have 4 hours in-game time in order to have bounties placed on them, or to call bounties. You may also opt-in or opt-out of the bounty system completely with !bountytoggle. Changes will not take affect until the next map change to avoid abuse. Opting-out of the bounty system will prevent bounties from being placed on you, from you being able to call bounties, and from you being able to claim bounties.

The 4 hours requirement is too much time in my opinion and since you can opt-in or opt-out of the bounty system i dont think its really that necessary, so i suggest we just either get rid of the 4 hour in-game time requirement or reduce the in-game time requirement, anyways here is a poll about what do about it.

Since the majority wants the in-game requirement to change and the "Remove the in-game time requirement" options is winning there are 2 options on what to do (unless @SaintLuther wants to wait longer):

option 1:  Remove the in-game time requirement since that option won on the poll.
option 2: Make second poll but only with the options "Reduce the in-game time requirement to 1 hour", "Reduce the in-game time requirement to 30 minutes" and "Remove the in-game time requirement"

Do we actually have people with less than 4 hours trying to place bounties? If so, where do they get the LFG Points from to do this?

Im not sure if i didnt explain myself good enough for you to understand or if you failed at doing simple maths. First of all even if "Remove" has one more vote, its still the majority i mean 8 will always be more than 7 but that is only part of what i meant,  when i said "Since the majority wants the in-game requirement to change and the "Remove the in-game time requirement" options is winning" i wasnt talking about the "remove" options only, i was also talking about the "reduce" options that got votes, meaning that when i said Majority i wasnt talking about the 1 vote difference between "dont change" and "remove", i was talking about the 4 vote difference between "dont change" and "reduce" together with "remove", wich means the majority wants the bounty system to change wich is why i suggested the 2 options i suggested.

The problem isnt waiting the 4 hours, the problem is not being able to put a bounty on someone who hasnt been on for 4 hours (at least for me)

If you make it so someone who has been on for 4 hours can bounty someone who hasnt been on for 4 hours, but the person who hasnt been on for 4 hours cant put a bounty on the other person it would be kind of unfair, so thats why i suggested what i suggested.

While this is the main reason i did this suggestion, waiting 4 hours to be able to place bounties is still annoying

explanation v2: Person 1 has been on the server for 4 hours, Person 1 can place bounties on Person 2 who hasnt been on the server for 4 hours but Person 2 cant place bounties on Person 1 because Person 2 dosent have 4 hours of in-game time. It wouldnt be fair if this happened. Did i explaint right this time?.

I think what @SCMC is saying because they have the option to toggle bounties they should be able to place them.
