[Approved] More CS:S Weapons for Sandbox

Title pretty much says it all. Replace the current CS:S weapon pack we have with this one.

Features more weapons that we don't have for some reason. Still requires users to have CS:S content, which they should have anyways.

If you've played TTT (which I know you have), it's basically sandbox versions of some of those weapons. like the Galil and the AWP. The pack we currently have only has 10 weapons, this one has (I think) 28 and its only 8mb.
