I do not have proof of this, but he claims to crash admins constantly and abuses E2 constantly and can crash players at will. What I do have proof of though, is him admitting to crashing me. The only issue is that he has plenty of alts. I actually tried to propose to work with him so that I could gather more crap but I guess that won't work.

What proof? You start off saying you have nothing and follow up with that you have something. You then do not actually post anything. Seems like you just got trolled or didn't even gather evidence at all making the report void.

We can't actually do anything about it since he only said he crashed you, but you have no actual proof that he did. Anyone can say they crashed you, saying it is ezpz, doing it is another matter entirely.

As far as I can tell he only has one alt (STEAM_0:1:35299714) which has been banned twice for E2 abuse. Nothing to do with crashing the server though, or "50" alts

I don't think Xenon knows what harassment is. Get screen shots. Do you even have a screen shot or recording of him saying this? The only proof is your word and I don't find you very trust worthy.
