Prone Mod

Description: Allows you to lay down. Pretty self explanatory.

I've been testing the mod out for a little bit and I think it would be a great addition to the sandbox. It allows you to crawl around and shoot while on the ground. This would be great because it literally adds a new level to work with. My only grievence with it is that it doesn't let you shoot when you're in the process of going prone. Otherwise, it is a great mod.

P.S. You can't use it to glitch into a base. I tried.

oh god, that addon would be so annoying, like your crouching to show your friendly then you just lay down, it wont be that annoying if there's an option to turn it off but if there isnt that would be really annoying

+vouch I actually like this! Useful for people that actually want to work on being more strategic, or sniping, versus just running around all the time...

funny part is we had this mod on sandbox before. The mod was cool and all but we started to notice it was causing problems with vehicles and some guns, on rare occasions it would crash the server. Sorry but i'm going to have to -vouch this.

Sandbox used to have this addon, and I'll admit it was kinda fun, but when they updated it, leaving a prone position would crash the server instantly, so it was removed immediately. I'd rather not see that happen again, so lets keep it off the server.

You can change the bind to go prone.

Oh well then never mind. Sad to here it didn’t work out.

bumping this old thread. whatever caused these issues before seems to have been patched. i tried this mod on the sbox test server and had no issues. ill put a poll for it to be readded
