What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?: Admin on TTT

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.: I've been operator for a while, and I definitely want to be able to help out a bit more. Plus, a bunch of staff on TTT have been leaving, either temporarily or forever, so I figured I'd apply. I'm also not entirely braindead, so I won't be doing anything retarded on the server with punishments. I feel like I've learned what I needed to learn about being staff on here while being an Operator, and that I'm ready for Admin.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.: A few TF2 servers, a Gmod DarkRP server and of course LFG TTT.
