bad adminship - Pain - just an opinion and didnt see a better place to post this.

i dont have his full name because its full of symbols and crap. But i just wanted to point out the Pain is targeting me. yesterday he gimped me and gaged me for no reason. i was no mic spamming and he gimped me after i asked him to unmute me for the third time. (spaced out to 1 min and 30 seconds each time. not spamming.) afterwards he was noclipping into a little base i had set up and was messing with everything. i was in build mode so he stop killing me while i was building it and so i couldn't get him out. today he decided that singing the Darth Vader theme for about 5 seconds was mute worthy. i agree. but not for 30 minutes. i then asked him to unmute me 30 minutes later and he asked me why. i said that there was no reason i should be muted for 30 minutes. he said no. he then constantly started killing me and i gave up. every time i saw him i jumped at him unarmed and let him kill me. i dint want to go into build because then what wuz i supposed to do. i had nothing else to build. no reason to stay if i did. So after a few nasty regards to each other, i went into a rage and started to spam chat and so on and so on...the last part i take full blame in even though he then kicked me with no warning and then left in a hurry. Iv'e sen him do this to other people and this is considered bullying. He will continue to do it until there is either a law suit from a sensitive mother or he is talked to by someone above him. just thought i would throw this out there. just an opinion so dont bother replying, I  probably wont pay attention. but if this isnt stoped then it will only get worse. I have only been baned once for something little and learned my leson form that. I try not to cause trouble and most of the time am the one who tries to stop it. but i cant do anything to a power driven admin except report him to the higher up's. I have plenty of friends on the sandbox server and try my best not to make enemies but there is no reasoning with people like Pain. hes just a bully and thats the way he is. its not bad its just him. Please take this into concideration and please talk to him.

you are not following the format which is needed before this is taken into consideration
second,
you broke the rules which depicted you should be gagged cause singing is mic spam, then you getting mad and spamming? that does not help your situation.

you earned the punishment you got fair and square, next time dont break the rules

Although I can't say you're right as I wasn't there, I will say he has a habit of being... less than tolerable on the server. However, you can't just go into a blind rage at an admin. That is disrespect and you were rightfully punished for that. In addition to getting the correct format, you are also going to have to present screenshots or logs of some sort. An allegation is not enough unless you can get some trustworthy admins who were there to agree with you (and even then it's still better just to have screenshots and then go from there). As far as I see it right now, this is just an empty complaint with no hard evidence. @"ẌĿ4ȚШ" I suggest that you act more like an admin and less like a player.

-vouch, love you @bartholemue , but "Pain" aka @"ẌĿ4ȚШ" was just doing his job. Singing for a prolonged period of time would result in a temporary gag normally.

You were probably extremely annoying on mic. I've heard you before and you're not exactly a godsend when it comes to mic. Your voice is probably as annoying as his. As for the gimp, you can't just ask an admin to ungag you, that's not how it works. You stay gagged until the admin thinks you should be ungagged. So the gimp was justified since you were constantly bugging him about it.

If you have screenshots (or another form of evidence) of this, then this could be a reportable offense. Otherwise, nothing we can do about it without proof.

Singing is mic spam, doesn't matter if it's for five seconds or five hours. The gag was just.

Killing people is not against the rules, so this part is useless.

Admins can kick without warning if they have a good reason. You were kicked for spamming admin chat, which when muted/gagged, is a kickable offense.

If a mother gets triggered over something this small, then they probably shouldn't be allowing their children to be roaming free on the internet. They cannot start a lawsuit against LFG because their child was punished for breaking rules. Another useless part of the report.

Sounds to me like the only thing you can report him for is the noclip abuse, but without screenshots, you can't prove he was doing that so how do we know you're telling the truth?

okay, @Zellogi pretty much covered everything that you said, but I am confused on this part above. are you talking about yesterday on the highway map? If so, I did not noclip through as your "checkpoint" thing was wide open on the sides for anyone to 3dmg their way in, and the only thing I did there was press the button that opened the door, nothing against the rules there. If you are talking about today, I nocliped through your base as you and j3k were in a small argument about who based somewhere first, and I did not mess with anything then / kill you then while in your base.

Yeah I have been on with him for 10 min already and he is super annoying. He spams chat and claims he knows the rules. This guy probably deserved the gag from just 10 min I do not believe he wasn't annoying

I was online when this accident happened and there was a lot of admin disrespect and also mic spam. After he was gagged he continued to move to chat to which he was muted. After all of this, he moves to abuse admin chat.
